HOUSE: The home can be a 3 or 4 bedroom, 2-1/2 bathroom, 2,297 Square Foot, 2 car garage, vinyl sided Colonial.

CEILING HEIGHT:  9 Feet on First Floor, 8 Feet on Second Floor

FOYER:   As you enter through the front door and into the foyer, you’ll see the dining room on your left through a wide cased opening and the stairs to your left.   There is also the guest coat closet.  The stairs are oak treads, white poplar risers, oak rails and white balusters and have an open rail for several treads up.  You can walk straight ahead into the great room.

DINING ROOM:  The dining room can be accessed from the foyer or the great room, with wide cased openings on each, and it features a stepped ceiling. It is very generous in size, nearly 13’x12’ and also features a unique recessed nook area. 

KITCHEN: The kitchen features a pantry, a very large island for ample space for your friends and family to gather, and is open to the great room so while prepping and cooking, you won’t be left out of the conversation. Our standard cabinets are Wolf Classic shaker style, are maple with your choice of finishes from stains and paint.  There is an abundance of recessed lighting in the kitchen as well as the great room and dining area.

GREAT ROOM: The great room is nearly 20’x16’ but, being open to the kitchen with this open floor concept, the whole area is really 34’ across.  There is a slider to the rear deck and also a breakfast dinette area.  Very spacious and featuring a triple window in the rear.  Open, bright and airy with the 9’ ceilings all contributes to an abundance of natural light.

MUDROOM AREA: The spacious mudroom area is off the kitchen or from the garage. You also enter into the 1/2 bathroom from here.  Your laundry room is also in the mudroom area where you’ll also find the family coat closet.

MASTER BEDROOM SUITE: The master bedroom suite is enormous with the main room being nearly 19’x13’ and it features a tray ceiling.  The master bath with a 72” vanity and dual sinks features a large shower stall, 3’x5’. Also, off the bedroom is the 10’x8’ walk-in closet.
